Rules & Regulations
In order to ensure that our facilities are made available for the exclusive use of our guests, you are asked to wear your admission wristband during the entirety of your stay.
No cutting, debarking or carving our trees or shrubs. If you must tie a rope around a tree, please remove it before you leave.
Because of the threat of infestations and diseases, we can no longer allow campers to bring firewood from outside the campground. Anyone who does bring wood with them will not be allowed on the premises. No refunds will be given. It is your responsibility to inform all members of your party of this policy.
Deposits: A $50.00 deposit is required to book a daily or weekly campsite. Any cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. You will lose your deposit if you cancel after the two week window; however, you may use the deposit as a credit toward a future stay.
Failure to arrive by noon of the day following your scheduled date of arrival will result in cancellation of the reservation, with no refund or credit for “No Show.”
Although we do our very best to accommodate your site requests, we cannot guarantee a specific site #. We do not want to disappoint our guests if something unforeseen occurs and we must change your requested site.
Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds due to discomforts or acts of nature or otherwise (example: rain). Old Cedar Campground is not responsible for fallen branches, trees or any other act of God or nature.
Normal Weekend Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date shall receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. The reservation may be moved to a later date for a rebooking fee of $10 per transaction. If a change is made in LENGTH OF STAY, there is no charge if extending the length of stay, provided a site is available. However, to shorten a reservation, the change must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date or no refund on unused days. Account will be charged for the original reservation.
Holiday Weekend Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival date shall receive no refund or credit for either sites or rental units. If a change is made in LENGTH OF STAY, there is no charge if extending the length of stay, provided a site is available. However, to shorten a reservation, the change must be made 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date or no refund on unused days. Account will be charged for the original reservation.
MONTHLY / WEEKLY: Reservations require a $150.00 deposit. Failure to cancel your reservation 3 weeks prior to your reservation start date will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Additional restrictions may apply at each campground for accommodation stays or during special events and holidays.
All visitors & guests must register upon arrival.
Car or camper washing is NOT allowed.
We do not allow golf carts.
Sewer hose must have a sealed sewer ring at the ground connection.
All fires must be in a ring; one fire ring per site. Extinguish all fires before retiring or leaving.
Our Fishing Lake is catch and release ONLY.
Bag all trash before putting in dumpster.
Two vehicles are permitted at each site. No parking on other sites. You may park in off-site parking area.
We are Dog Friendly! However, you must provide us with a copy of an up-to-date rabies certificate at check-in. Seasonal campers must provide us an updated certificate every year. All dogs must be well behaved, meaning you must always be able to keep them under control. Teach your children to NEVER approach someone else’s dog. All pets are to be on a leash and are not to be left alone at the campsite. Dogs must always be on a leash, this includes at your campsite. No retractable leashes, 6 foot limit on all leashes. No tethering dogs outside of your camper unattended. No invisible or electric fences. You must clean up after your dogs or walk them in wooded non-camping areas. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, on the beach or in the water. You are responsible for your guests and their dogs. We reserve the right to eject you from the campground if any of the above-mentioned rules are broken.
Always use roadways and DO NOT walk through other campsites.
Speed limit is 5 MPH. Children’s safety is our priority. Please observe all ONE WAY and DO NOT ENTER signs.
NO mini bikes, motor bikes or motor scooters allowed in camp. Motorcycles are to be used for in and out travel only. Bicycle riding is only allowed on roadways and not permitted after dark. Children under 17 must wear a helmet while riding their bikes.

Swimming Pool Rules
No lifeguard on duty.
Persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not enter the water if you are experiencing or recovering from diarrhea or suffering with gastrointestinal disease. Any person showing evidence of any communicable skin disease, sores, excessive sunburn, open blisters, cuts or bandages shall be denied.
No animals.
No food. A picnic area is provided outside the pool area. Beverages must be in a cup with lid or a plastic bottle.
Pool will close during electrical storm.
Conduct which endangers the safety and comfort of others shall be prohibited.
Persons suspected of being under the influence shall be prohibited.
Pool will be closed if owner or manager are not on site.
No swimming alone.
Please rinse off at provided shower before entering pool area.
No work boots permitted inside pool area.
